Please call or e-mail us. Our number and e-mail are
listed
on the bottom of this page. We usually respond to incoming
contacts within 24 hours.
Sometimes when we are really
busy in the Spring/Summer, our response time is delayed.
Each
contact is important to us and we do want to talk with you.
If
ever we miss your call or do not call back as soon as you desire,
please make another effort to contact us by phone or e-mail.
A
similar delay can be caused in the Winter, when we leave
town for a much needed holiday! It only happens occasionally,
but
we do not want to miss an opportunity to meet some new people and
explore a service need.
I do accept text messages as well, but
prefer the call or e-mail. Please be aware that when calling
our
phone, Kathy usually picks up with a cheery greeting. If she
is
unavailable to take the call, it is forwarded to my cell-phone.
It will go to voicemail, if I'm working because I do not
usually
hear it when I'm operating equipment. However, it will ring
about
10 times before the voice-mail kicks in because of the forwarding to my
phone. I will get the message, usually within the hour,
sometimes
in only a few minutes. I will call you back as soon as
possible.
